What are the long term effects of smoking k2?

I’m wondering about it in general. I’ve been told of one person who died from it,and five who’ve had serious complications. But I don’t know any of these people personally, was just told by cops or in gossip.

Since k2 is becoming bigger and bigger in my state, i figure i should try and find out about the long term effects of smoking it.

*don’t mention weed. everyone knows weed is better than k2. duh.

K2 contains one or more synthetic cannabinoids, the current iteration being JWH-018 I believe. These are brand new chemicals (falling under the category of ‘research chemicals’), and thus nothing is known about their long term effects.
